Austin Kink Weekend 2026: April 16-19, 2026

Gear Market

Leather, toys, art, and more — handmade by the people who play with them.

The AKW Gear Market is where you put your hands on the good stuff. No big-box retail. No drop-shipped basics. Every table is run by a maker or small business who knows this community because they're part of it — and they can tell you exactly how they built what you're holding.

If you're shopping for leather, you'll have options. Emma Alamo brings handmade harnesses and accessories built for every body — no size or shape turned away. Cockeye Kink cuts custom luxury gear using water-jet technology, from harnesses to personalized dog tags. Skull & Crossbones Leather and Regal Leathers round out the lineup for anyone who wants to walk out of the weekend wearing something new.

Looking to stock your toy bag? Demon Kitty crafts one-of-a-kind paddles, floggers, and canes from exotic hardwoods and vegetable-tanned leather — no two pieces alike. The Kink Shop carries one of the largest selections of violet wands and e-stim accessories you'll find anywhere, all handmade with a lifetime warranty. 2V1 Dark Works, The Beatery, and Kilted Kink bring even more impact and sensation gear to the floor.

Sensation play gets its own spotlight. Wicked Sensory hand-pours body-safe wax play candles — including UV-reactive blacklight candles — along with massage oils and sensation tools. Miss Barkley's Candles, from one of Austin's own, fills your space with hand-poured coconut wax candles and wooden wicks. And Dickstick, also Austin-based, makes a coconut oil lubricant balm in a no-mess stick you can toss in your bag.

Beyond gear, the market is full of things you didn't know you were looking for. Adynaton Publishing brings LGBTQ and leather literature — fiction and instructional — to the table. Spicy Kitten Designs sells kink-positive apparel and art prints out of Austin. LeatherDaddy Skin Co. makes plant-based skincare built for this community, right down to the signature leather-and-scotch scent. My Mini Mento will 3D-print a custom figurine of you in whatever you're wearing — leather look included. Happy Cat Fluff N Stuff has handmade ears and accessories. Viking Shield Jewelry, Bonafide, and Wonder of Whimsey round things out.

The Gear Market is open throughout the weekend and free to all attendees. Come early — the good stuff goes fast.
